What gets deleted
- • Your login and authentication credentials
- • Your profile: name, contact details and notification preferences
- • Your memberships in every company on Klockity
- • Your push notification subscriptions and in-app messages
What may be retained
- • Historic attendance rows your employer must keep for payroll and employment records
- • Company billing and invoice records required for UK accounting rules
Those records sit under your employer's control as data controller. Ask them directly if you want them erased.
How to request deletion
- 1. Sign in and open your profile to check which companies you belong to.
- 2. Email privacy@klockity.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request".
- 3. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by email once it is done.
